How to set up email to a co.cc domain with Google Apps?

I set my domain to Google Apps, though in order to set up email I have to set up MX records for the domain. When I go to set up an MX record, there's a field for "Host" and "Value". Google provided what to put in the Value field for each record, but field to clarify what goes in the Host field. Can someone please specify?|||I have no idea, but I just want to recommend to steer clear of co.cc - they are a ripoff and it is best you find that out sooner than later.
