I need help with changing MX records in order to use google apps. Please help!!!!?

I decided to use VistaPrint's tools to build my website. Now they are hosting my site and have provided me with email accounts for my business. Now a friend recommended I use Google Apps but I'm having trouble changing MX records at VistaPrint. Anybody know how to do that? I want my mail forwarded to google apps. Please help!!!!|||Did you ever think about just asking your hosting company? Just call their tech support number or send them an email.
