How to receive messages in google apps email service?

godaddy is my registrar, the website is hosted on my vps,i have confirmed that the website is mine by uploading the html file, that google gave me, unlocked the domain, change the mx record, what more do i need to do to have a fully functional webmail that receives and sends email through gmail. i have about 5 emails.|||http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Go鈥?/a>
